Dr. Larry Macatangay, PhD.

Educator, researcher and advocate of rural community development. His leadership and management experience have spanned a variety of sectors, including bank, school and private companies. He works with the world’s biggest and prestigious gas & oil company, Saudi Aramco.

He holds BS Commerce major in Management from the Immaculate Conception College. He completed his Professional Teaching Education and Master of Development Communication from the University of the Philippines, Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Philosophy in Rural Development from the Central Luzon State University. Currently studying Master of Public Administration from the University of Northern Philippines. He obtained numerous certifications from Harvard in cooperation with his company.

He is a member of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Association of Language Teacher in Saudi Arabia. His research in Financial Literacy and Business Research was selected for  presentation in New York last December 16-17, 2019 and Washington DC in July 2020 respectively.  He has been invited to be speaker of different colleges and universities.
