Our Mission Vision
The mission and vision of Lapis Mo is to help and provide less fortunate student to start their education by giving them “educational starter kit” every opening of the school year.
Our Story
The LAPIS MO KINABUKASAN KO (LMKK) was founded in July 2009 as a community-based charity organization. The concept was started when the founder was serving a religious mission in northern Mindanao (Philippines Cagayan De Oro Mission). There he met the two young boys working as shoe cleaner in the bus terminal of Butuan City offering to clean his shoes for two pesos. The feeling of a deep compassion has given way to the birth of the organization.
The primary aim of the organization is to help the less fortunate students by providing “educational starter kit” that consist of notebooks, pencils, ball pens, crayons, erasers, sharpeners, papers every opening of the school year to the impoverished but deserving students of the beneficiary schools.
Today, Lapis Mo Kinabukasan Ko is continuously distributing “educational starter kit” to the selected beneficiaries yearly.
